Refund policy

Because our products are prepared food and perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not as described when received, please contact us at immanuel1409@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the problem was caused by us.

Orders can be canceled only before preparation has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We are not responsible for issues caused by an incorrect delivery address, missed delivery, failure to refrigerate or store food properly after delivery, or delays outside our reasonable control.
